Valentine's Day Fun!

 Check out this goofball. He loves to ham it up for the camera. Can't get a decent smile out of him though but we do get some pretty funny shots!

Aden's preschool class landed on Valentine's Day this week and he came home with a ton of treats. When I went to pick him up he handed me a heart shaped folder stuffed with Valentine's and each one seemed to come with candy. He was a happy kid and made me take a picture of each treat as he showed them off to me!

I changed my playlist. I was getting a bit sick of the old one. This one is shorter and a bit more folky??? Moving Day!

As promised, pictures from moving day which was just over 2 weeks ago already!

Living Room/Dining Room in old house. Everytime a box or anything was ready to go I put it all into the Dining Room. Our Dining Room table just kept getting moved further and further into the living room as we got closer to move day!

My poor mom and the kiddies hung out in the basement which was cold because we had all the doors open. There wasn't any furniture down there but there was a t.v. What troopers!

New House. We covered the floors in the hallway and the banisters in hopes of avoiding any major scratches. Not pretty but it worked! There's Aden inside with his coat on still. The new house was pretty freezing too as we had all the doors open as we moved stuff in.

This was toward the end of the day. Back to the old house to get a few more last minute things. That's Jay driving the Uhaul and me in the truck right behind him. The weather was beautiful before and after our move but the actual day of our move it was freezing cold and it snowed a ton! It was not a fun move what so ever but it went fairly smoothly considering. Also despite the weather we still had a lot of help on both ends and we're so grateful to those who braved the weather in order to help us out!!!

Exterior

Well here's the exterior. Not too pretty in the winter time but watcha gonna do. It's about 85% done. We still need the stone on the front and the driveway and sidewalk, both have to wait till Spring. We're hoping to tackle the mess in the garage this weekend so we can both park in it. What an idea, haha!

Almost Done

Well we've finally moved! We've official been in the house a week and we're slowing getting things set up. Before I post the pics of the move I thought I'd show you the house in it's almost done stage. Might as well keep going in order, haha! The last time I posted the carpets and hardwood had just gone in but everything was still messy and the hardwood was covered in blue paper. Here's what it looks like just a few days before move in. Appliances were the only things missing.
